Full Charge Bookkeeper - HIRED

Job Duties:

  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

  • Compile financial reports, analyzing and reporting variances.

  • Manage invoicing, including tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.

  • Handle preparation and submission of bank draws.

  • Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure financial efficacy.

  • Process payroll accurately and timely.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure timely submission of monthly sales and use tax.

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or a related industry.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.

  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Qualifications:
