Job Duties:
Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Compile financial reports, analyzing and reporting variances.
Manage invoicing, including tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Handle preparation and submission of bank draws.
Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure financial efficacy.
Process payroll accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely submission of monthly sales and use tax.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
